Choo Choo Boom Boom

From August 2025 through April 2026, I had the wonderful opportunity to work on the production of Choo Choo Boom Boom, a production by In-Scope Studio. This project was created in two parts over two semesters. The first being concepting and prototyping with a team of eight. I then presented our prototype alongside our product owner to get the project Greenlit. After this process, our team onboarded 6 new members. For this project, I was the Aesthetic lead and a generalist artist. As an artist, my responsibilities included creating the boss and train, the initial city prototype, new city and prop models/kits, marketing material, city layout, environment lighting, and character concepts. My role as lead had me running meetings and workshops, organizing team management software, leading the general artistic style of the game, communicating the needs and progress of the art team to the rest of the studio, and presenting the product. Finally I am so excited to present to you my senior capstone production, Choo Choo Boom Boom:

Welcome to Operation Choo Choo Boom Boom, developed by In-Scope Studios, a literal on-the-rail shooter! You are taking on the role of a gunner in this scraped-together military operation, alongside conductor Marco and engineer Jessi, your guides and assistance throughout the experience. Equipped with two cannons and the signature BFRG, you'll run (or conduct this train) head-first into battle with one goal: Save the city you call home! Give it your best, and stop at nothing until your home is safe from this otherworldly creature!
